AUSTCORP are seeking a Quality Coordinator for Spray Seal & Asphalt Projects.
If you are looking to join a down-to-earth team where your eye for detail and knack for staying organised actually makes a difference? We’re on the hunt for a Quality Coordinator to help keep our spray seal and asphalt projects running smoothly and up to standard.
You'll be a key part of the team, making sure our quality and compliance requirements are met across day-to-day operations. If you're someone who enjoys keeping things on track and ticking all the right boxes, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Putting together and submitting daily quality reports for our asphalt and spray seal works
• Giving admin support to our project managers and site crews
• Helping prepare and maintain key documents – think Quality, Safety & Environmental Plans, SWMS, ITPs, inductions, and more
• Keeping an eye on suppliers and subcontractors to make sure they’re meeting the specs
• Assisting with scheduling and coordination of daily project activities
• Making sure quality and compliance info is communicated clearly to everyone who needs it

What We’re Looking For

• Great organisation and time management – you’ll be juggling a few things at once
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• A strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems
• Some knowledge of quality systems would be a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right person
• Civil Background would be an advantage but not necessary
