About the Role:

Within this fully remote role as an Aged Care Recruitment Resourcer, you will be the key point of contact outside of business hours for aged care facilities requiring urgent staffing support. Your role is crucial in ensuring continuity of care and providing a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to after-hours calls from aged care facilities requiring urgent shift fulfillment.
  • Coordinate and allocate available staff to meet client requirements promptly.
  • Engage with new and existing candidates, screening and registering them for upcoming opportunities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including updating databases, compliance checks, and reporting.
  • Promote our brand and build a strong candidate pipeline through phone calls and follow-ups.
About You:
  • Previous experience in recruitment, aged care, or staffing coordination preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using scheduling or CRM software.
