This role will focus on supporting existing clients and recently awarded PSA’s as well as growing our footprint nationally within the White Collar Temporary sector.

Base ($65K to $85K) + Super + Exceptional Commission Structure (10% to 50%), with no threshold, paid monthly on Temporary Contractors.

Base Criteria
- 4+ years’ experience gained as a Contract / Temp Desk Recruiter working in a recruitment agency undertaking client / candidate calls and filling Temporary requirements.
- Ideally 2 years’ experience in running a Temporary Desk in Facilities Management, Property, Office Support, Corporate Services or Defence.
- Experience gained in managing client and candidate relationships, including negotiating Hourly Rates and Terms of Supply.
- Strong experience in Candidate Attraction using On-line Advertising, Seek Talent and LI Recruiter (all are integrated with our CRM).
- Full Permanent Australian Work Rights.
