Our client, a large multinational Facilities Management service provider, is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to provide leadership and management of the FM teams across two sites.

The Role:

• Implement policies and procedures to meet the client's contract requirements and goals
• Build and maintain a professional, long lasting relationship with client and stakeholders
• Be the client contact for all operational and contractual issues within the portfolio
• Meet legislative and compliance requirements (OHS, equal opportunity and industrial relations legislation)
• Manage the financial performance targets and report on a monthly basis on the performance of the portfolio
• Maximise revenue potential and maintain strict cost control procedures to ensure objectives and budgets are achieved
• Be innovative, collaborative and proactive 
• Ensure regular briefings with staff where relevant information is passed on.
• Implement strategies and practices that facilitate the efficient and effective staffing of the portfolio.
• Create and manage a team that works well together and takes responsibility to meet the goals of the contract.
• Attend to major operational problems and client requirements promptly using positive problem solving in all aspects of customer service.

Key Skills To Be Successful:

• Past experience managing soft services contracts (preferably across remote sites)
• Decisive, impactful leadership skills
• Effective communication skills with a proven ability to influence others 
• High level operational planning and management background (teams, financial, clients and stakeholder management)
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Five + years' experience in a senior leadership position (preferably with multi site management).
• Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to implement projects on time and on budget.
• High level of honesty and integrity
