An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and hands-on Regional Operations Manager to join a leading private industrial organisation, managing operations across Southeast Queensland from their Brisbane-West facility.

This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for the day-to-day operational performance. You will lead and inspire a team across production, logistics, quality, and customer service—delivering best-in-class performance, safety, and service.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead, develop, and motivate operations teams across production, testing, logistics, and inventory
• Be actively involved in day-to-day operations—this is a hands-on leadership role
• Manage plant performance, compliance, and safety in line with company and regulatory standards
• Drive cost efficiency, stock accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless service to customers
• Lead local project implementations and improvements to plant, equipment, and systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in production and/or logistics management, ideally in manufacturing or industrial services
• Strong team leadership and performance management skills
• A practical, solutions-driven leader who enjoys being present on the floor
• Exposure to cost centre management and safety systems
• Trade or tertiary qualifications in engineering, logistics, or a related field are highly regarded
• Forklift and/or HR Truck Licence (advantageous)
