Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based maternity care across antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for mothers and babies
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards in line with QLD Health and national guidelines
• Adapt to new settings and contribute positively to local teams and communities

Essential Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
• Minimum 12 months post-graduate midwifery experience
• Current CPR/BLS or ALS certification and relevant immunisations
• Willingness to travel and work in various healthcare settings
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and team collaboration skills

Desirable:

• Dual registration as RN/RM
• Rural or remote maternity care experience
• Familiarity with QLD Health systems and procedures
