We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated Registered Nurse to join a market leading Aged Care provider.
This is a permanent full-time role in the beautiful Shellharbour, we can offer relocation assistance if required and retention bonuses.
What you’ll be doing in this role
You will be a clinical leader in the service, responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating resident care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents. You'll need sharp clinical assessment skills and will take the lead in providing clinical services. Being a Registered Nurse in this role means practicing in a holistic way, using your critical decision-making skills to lead the team.
Our client is one of the largest provides of Aged Care services in the country and can offer you a clear career within the industry in this every growing industry.
Above-award pay rates ($51.15 per hour for year 5 + nurses) and maximum allowable salary packaging to reduce your tax burden (additional $18,550 tax-free, regional benefits, and parking benefits).

Who we’re looking for
You’ll have previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in aged care if you have nursing experience in the wider health sector. You’ll be adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, a great time manager, and be able to live our everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
Minimum requirements for this role are
Valid AHPRA
Valid Australian Police Check
Current Australia Right to work
