Looking for additional shifts throughout the week to earn extra $? We are seeking casual nurses in the Coffs Harbour area to work with our client to help cover short falls in their rosters.

What you’ll be doing in this role

You will be a clinical leader in the service, responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating resident care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents. You'll need sharp clinical assessment skills and will take the lead in providing clinical services. Being a Registered Nurse in this role means practicing in a holistic way, using your critical decision-making skills to lead the team.

Our client is an established not-for-profit provider of Aged Care services throughout NSW and can offer you regular shifts to suit your existing schedule. 

Above-award pay rates and maximum allowable salary packaging to reduce your tax burden (additional $18,550 tax-free, regional benefits, and parking benefits). 
 
Who we’re looking for

You’ll have previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in aged care if you have nursing experience in the wider health sector. You’ll be adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, a great time manager, and be able to live our everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.

Minimum requirements for this role are

Valid AHPRA 
Valid Australian Police Check
1 years minimum Aged Care experience 
Australia Right to work
Able to provide references
