I am working with a large NFP Aged Care provider seeking an experience Facility Manager to run one of their facilities in Canberra.
Position: Residence Manager
Location: Canberra, ACT
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: $145k + Super + Salary Packaging
About the Role
These roles are responsible for the full operational leadership of residential aged care homes, with accountability for clinical governance, financial performance, workforce management and regulatory compliance. You will lead established multidisciplinary teams while ensuring high standards of care, resident experience and accreditation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end facility operations including staffing, budgeting and occupancy performance
- Oversight of clinical governance and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Driving culture, staff engagement and leadership capability within the home
- Managing KPIs across quality, financial and operational metrics
- Building strong relationships with residents, families and the broader community
- Previous experience as a Facility Manager within Residential Aged Care (essential)
- Strong understanding of accreditation, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated financial and workforce management capability
- Clinical background with AHPRA registration essential
