Are you an experienced healthcare professional ready to take on a rewarding leadership role? I am working with a market leading Aged Care provider seeking an experience Aged Care Manager to run a 120 bed Residential Aged Care facility.
Position: Residence Manager
Location: Sydney, Eastern Suburbs
Employment Type: Full-time, with relocation support
Remuneration: $150,000 - $165,000 + Super & Salary Packaging
About the Role Residence Manager will oversee the daily operations of an aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care and services for all residents. This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals, implementing service improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the facility.

They will possess:
- Qualifications: AHPRA registration, Clinical Background Essential for this role, ideally exposure to mental health
- Experience: Prior experience in aged care management or facility leadership roles
- Skills: Strong leadership, financial management, and communication abilities
