Position: Residential Manager 

Location: Deniliquin, South West NSW. Relocation Assistance on offer! 

Employment Type: Full-time, on-site.

Remuneration: $169,000 + Super + Salary Packaging

About the Role

The Residential Manager will oversee the daily operations of an aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care and services for all residents. This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals, implementing service improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance
• Maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction
• Leading and supporting staff development and training initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the community

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a strong commitment to aged care excellence.

They will possess:

• Qualifications: AHPRA registration (preferred not essential)
• Experience: Prior experience in aged care management 
• Skills: Strong leadership, financial management, and communication abilities
• Right to work: you must possess full working works in Australia - no sponsorship.
