The Role
Austcorp are currently seeking passionate and experienced Registered Nurse for the role of Residential Services Manager for a leading Aged Care provider located in a beautiful location on the Northern NSW Coast – locally to the Byron Bay / Ballina Region.
The facility holds strong internal structure and low staff turnover, and you will be working alongside a highly experienced General Manager and a second Clinical Residential Service Manager, where you will share the duties of the role across this Medium – large facility.
The facility also has a great support network including 24-hour RNs, an ACFI coordinator, Educator and Quality support providing a great team environment.
To be successful you must be a motivated and hands on clinical expert, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee excellent clinical and person-centred care to all residents
- Maintain great culture of the facility – known as a great place to be for residents and a great place to work for staff!
- Work closely with the ACFI coordinator to ensure accountable uplifts are maintained as appropriate
- Mentor and provide great leadership to your team
- Undertake personal and professional development for yourself and your team
- Ensure the facility is consistently meeting the aged care standards
Role Requirements
- Current and valid AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 18 months experience in Aged Care as a Clinical Manager / Clinical Coordinator
- Possess strong leadership abilities
- Knowledge of ACFI desirable
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
