Position Overview
An Allocator/Co-Ordinator to help manage and oversee our surfacing project allocation from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in project support, project administration, allocation and/or scheduling within the construction industry, with a focus on road surfacing. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ordering product and Workshop needs for road surfacing projects, ensuring timely completion
- Collaborate with Manager for each Project
- Monitor project programs and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure all people, equipment and products are allocated to the project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project programs
- Proven experience in project support, allocation or scheduling, preferably in road construction or surfacing.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
