This is a standalone role that is about ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient transport activities while supporting teams and partners to deliver best practices.

Salary package
- $100,000 - $115,000 base DOE
- 10% bonus

- Develop and manage transport safety frameworks across multiple sites and regions.
- Carry out audits and inspections, follow through on findings, and embed practical solutions.
- Support road safety initiatives with both internal teams and external transport providers.
- Plan and deliver training programs that build capability and awareness in transport safety.
- Oversee risk assessments and put in place effective controls to reduce hazards.
- Act as a key contact point during transport incidents and lead investigations when needed.
- Work with providers and customers to ensure expectations are clear and compliance is maintained.
- Lead response activities during significant transport events.
- Solid background in transport, logistics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of health, safety, environmental, or quality systems.
- Experience in managing risks and applying transport legislation.
- Familiarity with incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and gain buy-in.
- High attention to detail and confident reporting skills.
- A mindset focused on making practical improvements and driving results.
