About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Sales Administrator / Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, office-based position that combines customer interaction with sales support and administration. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships over the phone while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Answering and making calls to support customers with orders, enquiries, and service requests
  • Following up with clients and prospects to track current and upcoming projects
  • Updating CRM records with accurate customer details, notes, and project progress
  • Preparing and sending follow-up emails, documentation, and reports
  • Assisting the sales team by scheduling meetings and coordinating next steps
  • Helping to qualify new leads by gathering relevant information
  • Supporting weekly reporting and campaign updates
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth workflow
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administration (preferred but not essential)
  • Confident phone manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a bonus
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Team-oriented, positive, and eager to learn
