About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Sales Administrator / Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, office-based position that combines customer interaction with sales support and administration. What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering and making calls to support customers with orders, enquiries, and service requests
- Following up with clients and prospects to track current and upcoming projects
- Updating CRM records with accurate customer details, notes, and project progress
- Preparing and sending follow-up emails, documentation, and reports
- Assisting the sales team by scheduling meetings and coordinating next steps
- Helping to qualify new leads by gathering relevant information
- Supporting weekly reporting and campaign updates
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth workflow
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administration (preferred but not essential)
- Confident phone manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a bonus
- A proactive attitude with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
