About the Role
You’ll be part of team processing sales orders, supporting field sales teams, and managing customer enquiries across spare parts, consumables, and service contracts for a diverse client-base.
This role will see you liaise with customers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment and a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Salary: $75,000 + Superannuation
Location: Blacktown area, NSW

Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders, contracts, and acknowledgements via SAP
- Coordinate deliveries and track shipments, resolving any delays
- Respond to customer enquiries, feedback, and claims
- Support field sales with quoting and order conversions
- Renew service agreements and upsell consumables
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and adhere to QA procedures
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within an industrial B2B environment
- Proficiency with SAP / Salesforce.com / Excel is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in FMCG or packaging sectors advantageous
