Role description:
A driven & customer-focused Sales Consultant reporting to the National Sales Manager, will be joining the NSW team with the purpose of driving Sales and product knowledge/awareness (F&E and consumables) across NSW. An initially 3-month period will be firstly focusing on the Sydney Metropolitan area with the intention to expand across the NSW State onwards to continue the growth
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for achieving both financial and non-financial sales targets, identifying additional sales opportunities, and supporting the implementation of strategies. This role requires accurate recording of customer data, call history, and follow-up actions in the CRM.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
- Support strategic objectives and business goals.
- Maintain and update CRM with all relevant customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including safety regulations.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide in-service training to facilitate user confidence and drive sales.
- Produce and present performance reports, highlighting achievements and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, insights, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Desirable: Diploma/Degree in Business or related field.
- Advantageous: Clinical/Medical qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales with a proven track record in medical products.
- Experience in solution-based and consultative selling, with a strong focus on new business development.
