Sales Engineer – Intralogistics
Location: Melbourne | Full-Time

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing system concepts, and driving sales outcomes across carton and pallet handling projects.

Your Role:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing system concepts, and driving sales outcomes across carton and pallet handling projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, integrators, engineers, and reseller partners
- Develop modular conveyor system concepts tailored to throughput, specification, and site requirements
- Prepare tenders, technical proposals, and commercial documentation
- Negotiate contracts and manage handover to the project delivery team
- Provide ongoing customer support and technical guidance
- Manage pipeline activity to meet sales and growth targets
- 5+ years’ experience in technical sales within materials handling or warehouse automation
- Proven success selling carton conveyors, pallet conveyors, and sortation systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand and develop system layouts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, organised, and confident working both independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic AutoCAD skills highly regarded
- Current driver's licence required
