In this dynamic role, you’ll combine sales expertise with a passion for innovation, engaging directly with customers to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and close deals. You’ll also manage existing accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and implement territory sales plans targeting the manufacturing, warehousing, and F&B sectors
- Prospect for new business using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other channels
- Manage leads and opportunities through the CRM system
- Understand client needs to deliver tailored automation solutions
- Prepare proposals and contribute to tender submissions
- Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and paid trials
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Strong knowledge of robotics (AMR/AGV/Cobot), IoT, and logistics automation
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, F&B, or logistics sectors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including at senior management level
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnership management
