Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Prepare and manage accurate pricing for tenders, re-tenders, client variations, and tailored designs
• Produce and maintain house and land package pricing and post-tender variations
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to obtain costs and tender details
• Review plans, specifications, engineers’ details, schedules, and authority requirements for accuracy
• Assist in maintaining a detailed VPB database and flag any pricing discrepancies to the Sales Estimating Team Leader
• Create, update, and maintain display home upgrade pricing within VPB
• Peer review tenders and variations as required
• Ensure timely completion of all estimates in line with project and team targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree or Certificate IV in Building & Construction Management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role; exposure to construction sector desirable
• Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and regulations (Building Code)
• Ability to analyse complex information, prioritise tasks, and make evidence-based decisions under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High-level stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills
