We are seeking a motivated Sales Estimator to join a leading metal manufacturing business, supporting both the sales and estimating teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong CAD knowledge and estimating experience to step into a role where accuracy, customer service, and teamwork are highly valued.
The Role As a Sales Estimator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, preparing detailed and competitive quotations while ensuring exceptional service. You will work closely with the sales and administration teams, maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing accurate, timely estimates and quotations for customer projects
- Following up on customer requests, enquiries, and quotes
- Reviewing specifications, drawings, and CAD files to provide costings
- Maintaining and growing existing client relationships
- Ensuring company processes and turnaround times for quotes are met
- Supporting the sales team in delivering high levels of service and follow-up
You will bring:
- Experience in estimating, preferably within manufacturing or fabrication
- Strong knowledge of CAD programs (2D & 3D) – Sigmanest experience highly regarded
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A friendly, professional, and team-focused attitude
- The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
