About the Company:

About the Role:
Reporting to the State Manager, this position is focused on driving sales growth across Queensland within the industrial, mining, and construction sectors. You will work closely with both existing customers and new prospects to provide tailored solutions across a range of engineered products.

Your role will include managing key accounts, building relationships with distributors, quoting and negotiating orders, and identifying opportunities for new business development. You’ll collaborate with internal technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met on time and to the highest standard.
This is a hands-on, field-based sales role that offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to directly influence the success of a rapidly expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams within the QLD market.
  • Monitor market activity and provide feedback on competitor trends, pricing, and customer demand.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, tenders, and proposals.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the broader team budget.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in technical, industrial, or solution-based sales (experience with engineered products highly regarded).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a competitive, target-driven environment.
  • Highly organised, with strong time management and project coordination abilities.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and building long-term business relationships.
