About the Role:
We’re looking for a mechanically minded, hands-on Sales Representative to grow sales across NSW’s mining and industrial sectors. This is a fully remote position involving regular travel to mine sites, where you’ll work directly with customers, understand their operational challenges, and recommend practical, engineered solutions. You’ll build long-term relationships, secure new business, and promote aftersales support such as spare parts, hire equipment, and service contracts.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales growth through proactive site visits, new business development, and account management.
- Provide on-the-ground technical advice across pumps, mechanical systems, and hydraulic applications.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and offer tailored product and service solutions.
- Build strong relationships with site personnel, contractors, and consultants to maximise opportunities.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, marketing events, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with the broader sales and service teams.
- Pump experience or strong mechanical/hydraulic aptitude with a practical, hands-on mindset.
- Background in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within mining or industrial markets.
- Confident communicator who enjoys being on-site, solving problems, and working with customers face-to-face.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently.
- Based in regional NSW (Orange, Dubbo, or surrounds) with the ability to travel to mine sites as needed.
