With continued growth in Queensland, they’re looking to add a driven Sales Representative to their Food & Pharmaceutical Gases division.
The Role
You’ll manage and grow a defined territory, driving sales of industrial and specialty gases while building strong partnerships with customers. The role blends new business development and account management, offering autonomy, variety, and clear progression opportunities.

The Role
You’ll manage and grow a defined territory, driving sales of industrial and specialty gases while building strong partnerships with customers. The role blends new business development and account management, offering autonomy, variety, and clear progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Provide practical and technical support to help customers improve process efficiency.
- Coordinate training and manage contract compliance.
- Gather market insights and ensure all CRM records are up to date.
- Travel regularly to customer sites across Queensland.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Over 3 years’ experience in sales, account management, or business development (industrial or manufacturing sector experience advantageous).
- Relevant tertiary or trade qualification (business, science, or related field).
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, close deals, and build long-term partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to engage at multiple levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present and influence effectively.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with initiative and a “can-do” attitude.
