Role
As a valued member of the Sales Support team, you will work with a friendly and welcoming team to give our clients customers the best experience and customer service possible. Whether it’s answering the phone, responding to email requests, preparing quotes or processing orders you will bring care to everything you do. Key elements of the role include working with the sales team to assist them in meeting annual sales targets, providing support to customers in the sales team absence. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to help bring projects to life, ensuring they are delivered on time, data entry including database management and overseeing the entire order process from quote through to dispatch and invoicing of goods. Also, this position will see you assisting the sales director and other senior management in all sales functions and areas to meet the department requirements. This role will offer you an opportunity for growth, ongoing training and personal development. My client is known for promoting from within the company and the position is vacant due to the existing Sales Support person being promoted within the business in early January. You will have great opportunities to learn new skills, network within the industry, attend industry events and become established within the architecture and design industry in Australia.

Skills & Experience
- Must be detailed orientated, process-driven and can cope with a fast-paced environment and varied workload
- Work closely with the sales team to get all projects over the line, on time and on budget
- Data entry experience is a must for this position and an interior design background is desirable but not essential
- Team player, working with a team that is diverse in age and experience
- Develop business plans and budgets necessary to support the project management team
- Ability to work across multiple projects at any one time
- Passion for design and high-end furniture is highly desired
- Experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce is advantageous
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Excellent presentation and manner
- 3+ years experience in a similar role is highly desired but not essential
