Collaborating with site engineering teams, you will lead preventative maintenance planning, scheduling, system improvements, and shutdown coordination to enhance plant reliability, efficiency, and compliance.

About the Role
You’ll be the central point of contact for SAP-based maintenance planning across multiple fast-paced operations. Collaborating with site engineering teams, you will lead preventative maintenance planning, scheduling, system improvements, and shutdown coordination to enhance plant reliability, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance planning and scheduling across multiple manufacturing sites using SAP PM
- Lead weekly planning meetings, drive PM standardisation, and improve forecasting accuracy
- Coordinate major shutdowns and lead divisional planning improvement projects
- Collaborate with master data teams, engineering, and national SAP stakeholders
- Provide coaching and direction to site planners to improve scheduled work compliance
- Analyse downtime data and optimise planning practices for greater reliability outcomes
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior maintenance planning role within manufacturing or similar
- Strong SAP PM system knowledge with change management experience
- Background in mechanical or electrical disciplines (trade or degree)
- High attention to detail, excellent communication, and strong leadership qualities
- Ability to travel across sites in VIC, SA, NSW, and TAS (Melbourne home base)
