Job description

Busy Plumbing contractor in Mulgrave needs extra support in the office and are actively looking for an experienced scheduler. Ideally someone with trades experience would fit in perfectly!

Day-to-day Responsibilities:
  • Answering queries from clients, suppliers and technicians on the phone and via email
  • Ensuring all job information is complete and accurate 
  • Ordering materials from suppliers
  • Booking in jobs and scheduling the correct staff
  • Preparing invoices

  • Experience working in a trades environment
