About the Role
The Senior Care Coordinator will oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and personal care to residents, ensuring services meet all clinical, operational, and legislative standards. The position plays a key leadership role in maintaining excellence across resident outcomes, compliance, and staff development.
Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm or 7:30am–4:00pm.

About the Role
The Senior Care Coordinator will oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and personal care to residents, ensuring services meet all clinical, operational, and legislative standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and mentor care staff to deliver person-centred, evidence-based care.
- Help oversee resident care plans (60 bed facility), ensuring they reflect current needs, preferences, and cultural considerations.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments upon admission and as residents’ conditions change.
- Participate in and facilitate multidisciplinary case conferences.
- Ensure compliance with aged care legislation, accreditation standards, and AN-ACC requirements.
- Support efficient resource use and adherence to financial and operational guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across clinical and operational areas.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and collaboration within the care team.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA).
- Strong clinical knowledge of ageing, dementia care, and behavioural management.
- Proven leadership and team management experience in aged care.
- Working knowledge of AN-ACC and aged care quality standards.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
