Senior Contracts Manager ( Facilities Management )

Job description

Our client, a leading international Facilities Management service provider is looking to recruit an experienced, Contract Manager who can operate at a senior level. 

The Role:
  • Deliver service excellence to the contract through efficient and accurate administration and monitoring of performance, ensuring the delivery of work is carried out in line with the contract KPI's.
  • Manage the contract compliance correspondence, reporting, revisions, notices etc.
  • Analyse complex data, facts, situations and performance reports to resolve issues, forecast trends, propose and implement management strategies and suggest solutions on complex operational/service and commercial issues.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, vendors and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate and manage the implementation of the Service Delivery Plans.
  • Generate reporting (monthly and quarterly) on time and to a high standard.
  • Respond to client enquiries and escalations efficiently and effectively.
  • Be a visible lead in the ongoing development of the client relationship.
  • Coach, guide, train and mentor staff across risk control, distribution of information and continuous improvement.
  • Create a positive culture where people are engaged and motivated to do their best. 
Key Skills:
  • Experience interpreting financials and estimating costs for decision making, business planning and performance. 
  • Extensive background in facilities management and contract performance management in a service-related or government contracting industry.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and customer centric solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 10+ years experience of contractual performance management.
