Job description
                            The successful candidate will be employed by Pivotal Engineering, an Australian owned outcomes-based business located in Perth, Western Australia. They provide offerings in Management, Engineering and Consulting with a view to provide real solutions and outcomes that service the mining, manufacturing, utilities, oil and gas industry sectors.
   
As a result of continued growth, we are actively recruiting for another Control Systems Engineer to join the team and provide on-going support to their mining projects.
 
As the Control System Engineer your day-to-day duties will include, but not be limited to the following:
   
 
 
                    As a result of continued growth, we are actively recruiting for another Control Systems Engineer to join the team and provide on-going support to their mining projects.
As the Control System Engineer your day-to-day duties will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Working under the guidance of an experienced Lead Engineer, use your skills in software and hardware engineering through the design, development, troubleshooting, programming and commissioning life-cycle to optimise efficiencies for the mining equipment and process controls.
 - Designing, developing, and diagnosing PLC, RTU, HMI, SCADA and network systems.
 - Create and update technical documentation, such as Functional Specifications, IO Lists, Manuals etc.
 
- A degree qualified engineer (Controls, Process or Automation Engineering)
 - A passion for or background in mining engineering
 - Comfortable with a balance of Office and Site Works
 - Some PLC/SCADA experience
 - 2-5 years industry experience
