Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Produce and review accurate technical drawings across sales and pre-construction stages
- Ensure all plans comply with council, State Environmental Planning Policies, NCC, Australian Standards, and company policies
- Provide feedback, mark-ups, and final drafting checks for internal and external drafting teams
- Document all variations and ensure they are charged and recorded correctly
- Collaborate with internal teams including drafting, estimating, construction, permits, and sales
- Liaise with external consultants such as structural engineers, surveyors, and hydraulic engineers
- Mentor and support the drafting team to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Analyse building specifications and provide technical advice to ensure compliance with regulations
- Qualifications in building design, architectural technology, or equivalent
- Residential drafting experience (intermediate to advanced) using Revit and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and State Environmental Planning Policies
- Experience in residential construction or project home environments
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants professionally
