AustCorp Executive is partnering with an established, Australian-owned building services engineering consultancy entering a genuine phase of growth. You’ll join a multi-discipline environment delivering practical, coordinated designs for a strong pipeline of projects across commercial, refurbishment/fit-out, multistorey-residential, hospitality and industrial building environments.

We’re seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer who can confidently operate in a client-facing capacity and take ownership of outcomes. This role suits someone who enjoys influencing delivery, improving consistency, and mentoring others — not just “doing the design”.

The Role

• Lead electrical building services design delivery from concept through to documentation and construction support.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and external stakeholders to produce buildable, compliant outcomes.
• Own client relationships, lead meetings, provide trusted advice, manage expectations and delivery timelines.
• Guide/mentor junior engineers and support the uplift of standards, QA and consistency across the team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 3 – 8 years proven experience delivering Australian electrical building services projects (commercial, fit-out/refurb, residential and/or industrial building projects).
• Confident client and stakeholder engagement.
• Design/delivery tools exposure such as AutoCAD and/or BIM/Revit.
