About the Role
These are hands-on roles suited to professionals who want full ownership of the estimating function. You’ll lead tenders end-to-end across fitout, refurbishment, or new build commercial projects—giving you real variety and the chance to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle estimating across fitout or commercial new build projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Work closely with directors and delivery teams on strategy and pricing
• Manage multiple tenders while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Estimator in fitout or commercial construction
• Exposure to a range of sectors – diversity of projects is key
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Someone who takes ownership and enjoys accountability
