Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle estimating across fitout or commercial new build projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Work closely with directors and delivery teams on strategy and pricing
- Manage multiple tenders while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Proven experience as an Estimator in fitout or commercial construction
- Exposure to a range of sectors – diversity of projects is key
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Someone who takes ownership and enjoys accountability
