Senior Estimator – Commercial Fitout & Refurbishment
A well-established Newcastle-based fitout and refurbishment contractor is looking for a Senior Estimator to join their growing team of 35 staff. Known for its strong community spirit and collaborative culture, the team has a great mix of ages and experience.
About the Role This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to take full ownership of the estimating process. You’ll manage tenders end-to-end across a variety of sectors, including commercial offices, medical, and other fitouts, giving every project a unique challenge.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end pricing of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects
- Engaging with subcontractors and suppliers
- Working closely with directors and project teams
- Managing multiple tenders while maintaining accuracy and deadlines
- Strong fitout estimating background – non-negotiable
- Experience across multiple sectors – variety is key
- Ability to work in a fast-paced tendering environment
- Someone who enjoys control and responsibility of the estimating process
