The Role:
  
As the Senior Estimator, you will take ownership of tendering and pricing across a range of fitout/refurbishment projects. You will work closely with Directors and Project Managers to ensure accurate, competitive and compliant bids.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse drawings, specs and schedules to prepare accurate fitout/refurb cost estimates
• Issue and coordinate tender documentation to subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure full trade coverage and vet all subcontractor pricing
• Conduct site inspections to understand conditions and scope
• Prepare quantity take-offs and assemble clear, organised estimates
• Manage document control, addendums and clarifications
• Prepare tender submissions including methodologies, programs (MS Project), and site management plans
• Support post-award activities including subcontract negotiations, handover, and variations
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and clients

About You:

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in fitout and/or refurbishment (mandatory)
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specs and project documentation
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident managing multiple tenders at once
• Strong Excel skills; open to new estimating software
• Bonus: The company is willing to purchase any estimating software you prefer
