The Company:
An integrated facility services company manages numerous service streams for a large retail client with a high foot fall and large team of 130+ onsite service staff.

The Role:

• Initially a 3 month contract with an ASAP start
• Permanent position available from August
• The priority is for strong client relationship management
• Oversee all site operations and ensure high standards of service delivery is maintained
• Manage hard and soft service delivery - cleaning, parking, maintenance, security etc.

The Duties:

• Conduct inspections and walk around site
• Ensure client satisfaction and contract obligations are met
• Contract management
• Manage 5 direct reports (managers)
• Reporting, budget review
• Manage schedules
• Be the final point of contact for after hours escalation (emergencies)
• Ensure smooth work order management process

The Ideal Person:

• Prior experience in a Senior Facility Management role or as Head of a service stream
• Experience on a large complex site or multiple sites in Retail or similar environment
• Have client and contractor understanding
• Great communication skills and customer service focus
• Polished presentation
• Experience managing diverse teams
• Technical background would be advantageous but not essential
• Must be able to start ASAP!

Benefits:

• Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm
• Attractive salary of circa $140k + Super (pro rata) 
• Initally a 3 month contract until the end of August. View to become permanent from there
