This leading international company has a number of niche operating divisions supporting a wide range of clients within the Metro and Regional areas across Australia and supports Australian operations internationally. To support key operational requirements; they are currently seeking a Senior / Lead Maintenance Planner.
Base Criteria
You will have over 5 years’ experience in Facilities / Building Services Plant maintenance planning and management with strong technical skills. You will have a detailed understanding of RCM and planning of routine (preventative) and warranty maintenance utilising a recognised CAFM / CMMS.
Ideally holding Engineering qualifications (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or Industrial) you will have a strong CMMS appreciation, monitoring and reviewing ongoing routine and reactive maintenance activities to ensure related information is aligned to specific assets and reporting output is current and up to date.
Outline Duties / Knowledge
You will support the facilities management delivery team, ensuring that the short and medium-term life-cycle plans for the assets is controlled and managed.
Responsible for managing the input and update of all asset maintenance related information held in the FM applications (including drawings, warranties, certifications etc) in a timely and structured manner.

- Review and provide input into forward maintenance planning and provide accurate labour and materials forecasting.
- Development and implementation of MTLs for asset maintenance requirements.
- Contribute to the Monthly Service Report for all maintenance activities, metrics and exceptions.
- Monitor and review the CAFM asset database to ensure all works undertaken on assets and information on plant, equipment and systems is registered and recorded.
- Review and provide input into forward maintenance planning, lifecycle projects and additional works.
- Strategic planning and execution support / input to enhance growth, profitability, productivity, and efficiency.
- Strong working knowledge of Pronto, SAP, Mex, Maximo or similar CMMS.
