An exciting opportunity for a qualified fabrication tradesperson to join our clients Maintenance team ASAP in Gundagai. The organisation has a purpose-built maintenance shed for the team that makes working enjoyable while working with a top team of individuals.

Rotating Shift Pattern:

• 6:30am-3:00pm
• 7:30am-4:00pm
• 9:30am-6:00pm
• Plus some required overtime & Saturday work

Hourly rate - $45 an hour

Key Responsibilities 

• Arc, MIG and TIG Welding 
• Scheduled plant / equipment upgrade work 
• Continuous Improvement tasks 
• Respond to breakdowns 
• Repairing and servicing faulty equipment / structures 
• Follow WHS and QA policies and procedures 
• Work alongside multiple trades 
• Maintain a high standard of work 

  
Success Factors 

• Certificate III - Engineering Fabrication (minimum) 
• Experience in TIG welding (stainless steel) 
• Organised with attention to detail and a good work ethic 
• Strong communication skills 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment 
• Willingness to learn/upskill 
• Current Driver’s license 
• Available to work overtime and weekends as required
