The Company:

An award-winning and highly established national home building company, due to continued growth are looking to hire an experienced Revit Draftsperson to join their growing drafting team. Housing construction projects consist of a vast range of designs.

Advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills is a must in this role. 

Projects include medium density, units and planning experience is required.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Produce accurate working drawings for housing projects
• Ensure all work is completed within set time frames
• Ensuring conformance with necessary guidelines and Council requirements
• Highly levels of accuracy
• Ability to work with a highly supportive and collaborative team environment

Role Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 3-4 years experience as a production drafter with a home building company. 
• Advanced level drafting experience using Revit and AutoCAD
• Medium density, units experience is required
• Planning experience is essential
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• A proven track record within the volume home building industry
• Strong team player
• Able to meet deadlines
