The Company:

An award-winning and highly established national home building company, due to continued growth are looking to hire an experienced ArchiCAD Draftsperson to join their growing drafting team. Housing construction projects consist of a vast range of designs.

Advanced ArchiCAD skills is a must in this role. 

Projects range from homes with a contract value of $300k-$2m.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
  • Produce accurate working drawings for housing projects
  • Ensure all work is completed within set time frames
  • Ensuring conformance with necessary guidelines and Council requirements
  • Highly levels of accuracy
  • Ability to work with a highly supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Reporting to the Drafting Manager
  • Working within a team of 6
  • ArchiCAD Version 21
Role Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a drafter with a home building company. 
  • Advanced level drafting experience using ArchiCAD
  • Planning experience is essential
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • A proven track record within the volume home building industry
  • Strong team player
  • Able to meet deadlines
