The Opportunity
As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery across water and wastewater infrastructure. You’ll manage stakeholders, budgets, and timelines, while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of complex infrastructure projects from tender to commissioning.
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and fabrication teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.
• Drive HSE compliance and mitigate project risks.
• Mentor and guide junior project engineers.

About You

• 10+ years’ experience managing projects in water, wastewater, or civil infrastructure.
• Strong commercial and contract administration expertise (AS, NEC contracts).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Proactive, solutions-driven leader able to deliver results under pressure.
