Senior Project Manager – AV & Digital Signage 

Are you an Experienced Project Manager ready to drive high-profile, cutting-edge AV and digital signage projects?

This is a leadership role where you’ll guide multidisciplinary teams, manage complex projects end-to-end, and shape innovative technology experiences for clients across retail, corporate, government and experiential sectors — all in an Agile way of working.

What you’ll do:

• Lead AV and digital signage projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and high quality.
• Provide hands-on leadership to internal teams and contractors, fostering collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Manage client relationships, translating complex technical and creative requirements into clear deliverables.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, budgets, and risk, keeping stakeholders informed and confident.
• Drive project execution using Agile principles, including iterative planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and adaptive delivery.
• Support the adoption of new technologies, processes, and tools to continually improve project delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years managing AV, digital signage, or technology-integration projects.
• Strong technical understanding of AV systems, LED displays, media players, networked signage, and CMS platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership skills — mentoring teams, influencing outcomes, and inspiring collaboration.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for innovation, emerging technology, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment and embracing iterative, flexible project delivery.
