Qualified with a degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Marine or Building Services) and at least 8 years Facilities Management / Maintenance industry experience.

Prior Project or Facilities Management experience gained within a Hospital, University Science Laboratory, Medical Research Facility, Marine Engineering or Clinic undertaking a mix of Minor Works and Engineering Plant Replacement Projects is essential.

You will be responsible for project planning, development activities, project deliverables and reviews along with identifying risk.
