AustCorp Healthcare is expanding. We’re seeking a proven Senior Consultant to join our high-performing Aged Care and Retirement Living team, a specialist vertical partnering with some of Australia’s most respected operators, from boutique providers to major national groups.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of a warm, high-value desk focused on leadership and operational appointments across Aged Care, Retirement Living, and Community Services. The role combines relationship-led recruitment with strategic business development, giving you autonomy to grow your market while leveraging existing national accounts and a strong brand reputation.

The Role

The role combines relationship-led recruitment with strategic business development, giving you autonomy to grow your market while leveraging existing national accounts and a strong brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent leadership roles (Facility Managers, Care Managers, Regional Operations, Clinical Governance, and Executive).
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates across the sector.
- Develop new business through strategic outreach, market mapping, and referral networks.
- Partner closely with senior leadership on account strategy and campaign delivery.
- Deliver consistent, quality-driven outcomes with pace and precision.
- Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare, aged care, or another professional services sector.
- Skilled relationship manager with commercial drive and long-term mindset.
- Confident in managing senior-level mandates and complex client portfolios.
- Professional, self-directed, and outcome-oriented with the ability to work autonomously.
- Interest in the Aged Care and Retirement Living sectors and an understanding of the current market landscape.
- Competitive base salary + uncapped (industry leading structure) commission
