Due to significant demand from our aged care clients, we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team. This role will focus exclusively on building and managing a casual aged care workforce across our existing client base.

The Opportunity
Due to significant demand from our aged care clients, we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team. This role will focus exclusively on building and managing a casual aged care workforce across our existing client base.
Your Duties will include:
- Building, managing and supporting a pool of casual aged care staff.
- Developing strong relationships with aged care providers to meet fluctuating workforce needs.
- Coordinating shift bookings, availability, and rostering of staff.
- Promoting AustCorp’s casual staffing solutions to new and existing clients.
- Candidate attraction and pipeline management to ensure consistent availability of staff.
- Delivering outstanding service to both clients and casual employees.
- Previous experience recruiting within healthcare, nursing or aged care is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to attract, engage and retain casual workers.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Organised, responsive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Driven, enthusiastic and passionate about making a positive difference in aged care.
- A non-KPI driven environment where you manage your own desk.
