The Opportunity

Due to significant demand from our aged care clients, we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team. This role will focus exclusively on building and managing a casual aged care workforce across our existing client base.

Your Duties will include:
  • Building, managing and supporting a pool of casual aged care staff.
  • Developing strong relationships with aged care providers to meet fluctuating workforce needs.
  • Coordinating shift bookings, availability, and rostering of staff.
  • Promoting AustCorp’s casual staffing solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Candidate attraction and pipeline management to ensure consistent availability of staff.
  • Delivering outstanding service to both clients and casual employees.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience recruiting within healthcare, nursing or aged care is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to attract, engage and retain casual workers.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Organised, responsive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Driven, enthusiastic and passionate about making a positive difference in aged care.
