Opportunity
Due to fast growing client demand in NSW, we are looking to continue the growth of our Sydney office by recruiting Senior Recruitment Consultant's and Jnr Recruitment Consultants to join the fast-paced Contract Division. We are open to anyone who has strong track record of either recruiting either White Collar or Blue Collar contract roles! We have a large contract division with more jobs than we can handle. You have nothing to lose by having a private conversation with us. 
  
Your Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Promoting and Marketing our services within specific contract markets for both primarily contract & labour hire roles ( trades )
• Business Development and securing the right to work on relevant client projects
• Managing the life cycle of role brief to placement of candidate, our back office will take care of the rest. 
• Negotiating AustCorp terms of business with clients
• Candidate and pipeline building
• Obtaining and maintaining a sufficient amount of vacancies from clients. 
• Promoting the company’s business in a positive and professional manner at all times
• Follow a proven process that will see you become highly successful 

  Skills & Experience:

• Experience in recruiting professionals within the Contract market, if you want to make a move and you have to walk away from am existing contract desk we will offer you a sign on bonus. 
• Ability to write suitable ads that would generate and attract candidates
• Expectational customer service and business relationship building skills with the ability to secure repeat business from clients
• A proven track record of achieving consistent month to month revenue and business generation
• Ability to work individually as well as in a team
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard-working
• A strong desire of challenge, recognition & make outstanding money
