The Opportunity Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Building Services Division in Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity to inherit an established client base while continuing to develop new business across the Building Services and Construction sectors. You'll recruit across permanent and contract positions, partnering with consulting engineers, contractors, developers, asset owners and specialist service providers.

• Vertical Transportation
• Sustainability & ESD
• Building Automation & Smart Buildings
• Facilities Management
• Building Operations & Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new business opportunities across the Building Services sector.
• Build long-term relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, developers and asset owners.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief through to successful placement.
• Recruit technical professionals across permanent and contract positions.
• Negotiate terms of business and recruitment agreements.
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines within specialist markets.
• Consistently generate new vacancies while delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience.
• Represent AustCorp Executive professionally within the Building Services industry.

About You We're interested in speaking with recruiters who are passionate about building relationships and growing a successful specialist desk.
You'll ideally have:

• Recruitment experience within Building Services, Construction, Engineering or another technical recruitment market.
• A proven track record in business development and account management.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A consistent history of achieving revenue and placement targets.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team.

Previous Building Services recruitment experience is advantageous, although successful recruiters from other technical sectors will also be considered.
