Opportunity
Due to fast growing client demand, we are looking to grow our current Perth Team by recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the fast-paced Manufacturing & Supply Chain Division.
Your Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Promoting and Marketing the General Recruitment Capability and Executive Search Services in the Manufacturing markets for both permanent and contract roles
- Business Development and securing the right to work on relevant client projects
- Managing the life cycle of role brief to placement of candidate
- Negotiating AustCorp terms of business with clients
- Candidate and pipeline building
- Obtaining and maintaining a sufficient number of vacancies from clients, to ensure monthly targets are met
- Promoting the company’s business in a positive and professional manner at all times
- Experience in recruiting professionals within the Manufacturing market is preferable but not essential
- Exceptional customer service and business relationship building skills with the ability to secure repeat business from clients
- A proven track record of achieving consistent month to month revenue and business generation
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard-working
- We are a non KPI driven environment. You will manage your own desk and be responsible for your own success
