About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Service Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing essential administrative support to our service department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the receipt and dispatch of goods to and from the store
- Coordinating with clients and subcontractors
- Managing service job operations
- Organizing paperwork and generating invoices
- Supporting and communicating with technicians in the field
- Ensuring compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) and training standards
- Supervising site operations
- Handling inventory control
- Prior experience in administration and warehousing roles
- Strong customer service skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in basic computer tasks, including Microsoft Office
- Physically fit and in good health
- Dedicated to following the company’s Quality and WHSE policies and procedures
- Experience in managing training and HSE compliance
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- A valid Australian driver’s license
- A forklift license, or the willingness to undergo forklift training
