Job description
This growing national organisation is well-established in the Northern Territory and are supporting some key client contacts across a diverse range of premises.
They are looking to add an additional Service Administrator / Coordinator to the team.
Permanent Full-time position, working Monday – Friday, you will be dedicated to supporting a single client contract. While predominantly an office-based role, some flexibility for occasional WFH is possible, depending on client demand.

Key Duties
- Overseeing all aspects of the work orders for preventative and reactive work
- Be a first point of contact and support customers by coordinating and scheduling services
- Raise new jobs, allocate work / create daily schedules and coordinate times for attendance with the Technical Service staff, to ensure strict contract obligations are met / exceeded
- Financial support, you will be updating account spend, raising purchase and service orders and processing invoices
- Support the Contract Managers, Supervisors and Technical Service Team
About you
- 3+ years’ experience working in a role as a service administrator / coordinator with some invoicing experience is advantageous
- Strong communication and customer service skills and the ability to ensure strong client and staff relationships and timely service delivery
- Must have strong experience with MS Office and experience using PowerBI and prior workorder management experience on Maximo, SimPro, Pronto or MEX is highly desirable
