Opportunity - Senior Service Scheduler
I am currently working very closely with a world wide manufacturer and distributor of air conditioning systems that control temperatures in mission critical environments such as data centres, laboratories, hospitals and phone exchanges. They are a highly professional organization, and are renowned for manufacturing some of the best products in the industry. They have excellent staff retention due to their ongoing training, development into different careers (sales, supervising, design/engineering, management) in a global organisation, and their Service Manager is one of best in the industry.
They are looking for someone to lead this sector in the business - so are looking for someone that can manage a busy service divisions with extremely strict SLAs, whilst being first point of contact for external million dollar clients - so need to have a strong level of commercial acumen. Their pipeline is completely full due to their consistent ability to successfully deliver high-value and complex work within data centre environments and are now looking to appoint experienced Service Scheduler for their team in Melbourne's East.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Scheduling for 10 technicians in VIC/TAS, providing support for NSW/ACT as well

Duties and Responsibilities:
Scheduling for 10 technicians in VIC/TAS, providing support for NSW/ACT as well
- Other duties include spare parts, invoicing and order processing, ad hoc administration etc
- Report Writing - Producing accurate service reports
- Managing extremely tight SLA’s with high level clients
Technical Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of Service Scheduling in the HVAC space
- Experience in a high pressure and critical environments.
